Southern Hemisphere facilitates a learning-reflection process whereby we review each project and identify lessons learned for future implementation. This is conducted twice a year.

We conducted a 5 year impact evaluation of our work from 2005 - 2010 as part of our 10 year anniversary celebrations. This exercise will be repeated periodically.
Training materials are reviewed and updated after each course including feedback from both trainers and participants.
Methodologies are improved from project to project.
