She has13 years’ experience in the Training field as a Training Coordinator in the Automotive Industry. From
assisting with Special Projects (hosting VP’s, Dealer Principals to Technicians) to fine-tuning internal processes
to make the internal systems more user-friendly and efficient. This was to also assist with building stronger
customer-relations to all stakeholders involved in training and benchmarking new trends for Customer Service
levels within the company.
