Module 1: Introduction to PMEL concepts, tools and course framework
Module 2: Project Analysis before design
Module 3: Project design using the LFA matrix and Theory of Change
Module 4: Planning for monitoring, evaluation, and learning
Module 5: Project evaluation as a tool for social change

Time commitment: Virtual classroom: This course runs over 6 weeks and requires 8 hours per week. This includes 2 contact sessions per week (of 3 hours per session). In person: This course runs over 4.5 days.
